Information Technology (IT) has become an integral part of our routine and professional life. Apart from that, Information Technology has evolved over the past six decades in response to the need for MORE efficient techniques to manage the significantly increased volume and sophistication of the knowledge reservoir of mankind. Emphasis is placed on application of knowledge and the use of the computer. This approach has been adopted in recognition of the IMPACT that changes in the availability of information can have on the educational process. The focus is on getting students to develop skills for life in an increase technological world, rather than on students ABSORBING a myriad of seemingly unrelated facts which may have only short term relevance. Thus Karwan University offers diploma in Information Technology (DIT) along with Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certifications and provides students with the Information Technology skills essentials for success in an academic, and professional duty arenas. The course is designed to teach students a more practical aspect of information technology. And it is very much required for both local and international organizations in the country.

Course Duration:

This is one year program. Each professional level has one examination and a practical component, all of which are compulsory.

The Key Objectives of the DIT:
