English Language Programs at Karwan University

Diploma in English Language (DEL)

DEL program is one of our strong ESL programs at Karwan University. Our DEL program aims at preparing students to understand and use English in professional, academic and personal situations. Furthermore, this program has been designed for those who have limited knowledge of English Language and intend to develop their English Language proficiency. After a thoroughly research, our ESL experts have chosen internationally recognized and practiced textbooks for each skill in the DEL program. In addition, we have highly experienced, qualified and caring ESL instructors who employ modern communicative methods to ensure that students are best supported in their development. For these reasons, DEL program at Karwan University is effective, inclusive and trustworthy.

The DEL program lasts one year and is divided into four semesters. Each semester lasts three months. The program includes Select Reading, Listening Tactics, Understanding and Using English Grammar, First Steps in Academic Writing, and Longman TOELF Grammar textbooks. Throughout our DEL program, we develop reading comprehension, listening comprehensions, academic writing grammar, and conversation skills of our students. Subjects and textbooks of each semester is described below in order.

Duration

The course will normally take 12 months to complete and the student will only get certified when they get their project submitted earlier.
