Conference Halls

Karwan University has currently activated two conference halls which are located in the basement level, which is used for internal events and external clients use.

Conference Hall A

Conference Hall A has the capacity of 100-120 guests in the same time. It has all the required equipment for a standard conference hall like sound system, stage, chairs, projector area and banners. 

Conference Hall B

Conference Hall B at Karwan University has the capacity of more then 400 people at the same time, also it could be used to direct guests directly from the University Entrance door to this Hall without interfering with University campus and students. It has 3 exits which could be used when necessary. Sound system, Banner Area, Stage Area, Projector Area and Lightings are very unique.

Renting Conference Halls

Karwan University's conference hall could be rented for external clients and organizations events upon meeting with Karwan University's event team and mostly we allow educational conferences, entrepreneurships, job fairs, business development and so on.
